Growing up in a small town,
such as Finger Tennessee, farming was a way of life for
my family. In most ways we lived off the land and the
food that it provided for us. Hunting was a huge part of
my life even as a child, I remember going and sitting
with my dad in the deer stands that he had altered for
my brother and I, so that we could tag along with him,
and him teaching us that it was our job to conserve
nature and all of the wildlife the best that we could
for the future. I made my mind up as a youngster,
sitting on one of those old milk crates nailed to a tree
beside my dad, that a job in wildlife conservation was
awaiting me, so I successfully pursued a B.S. degree in
Wildlife Biology. Little did I know that I would get the
opportunity to work for, in my opinion, the greatest
deer research facility in the world (The Whitetail
Institute of North America). As a Die-hard bow-hunter, I
know the importance of good food plots and being able to
get close to your game, and I believe in the Whitetail
Institutes products 100 % and I am honored to help any
and all fellow hunters to my fullest ability to better
their hunting lands and properties as well as their deer
herds. I truly am living my dream.
