After a few years of planting Imperial Whitetail Clover we see more bucks and bucks with quality racks. We definitely see a big difference. This is a photo of an 8-point I took near an Imperial Whitetail Clover food plot on my property in Clinton, La. Before I started planting Whitetail Clover I had never seen nor killed a deer like this. The deer’s rack is 20 inches wide. And just about as thick at the ends of his tines as it is at the base. A friend asked why is his rack so thick? I answered it’s a “Protein Thang.” It’s Whitetail Clover.
