Second are sweet tubers that can grow as large as a softball and delivers an additional food source through the winter.

I was very satisfied with the product. I planted 1/2 acre and had great results. I have already purchased 3 more bags or 1.5 acres for this year. Can’t wait to see the results again.

First time user. We are so pleased with the percentage of plants that have sprouted from the seeds and the quality of the plants themselves. The deer love them too. I'll be back for more of Whitetail Institutes products!

    Tall tine Timbers

I had planted the Tall Tine Tubers a few years prior and noticed a difference in deer activity. Now this year I did full disk, soil stabilization for pH and fertilized during the plant and have had great results results! Actually the deer devoured the turnips earlier than I had hoped. I planted in late August and the the deer had the turnips gone around Dec. 1st. Some turnips made it to about 3" diameter. I'd recommend the purchase!

Simply the largest and best product out there. There is a "big" difference from ag turnips. Pay for the big deer pic on the bag!

    Deer Love These

Posted by Michael B on 21st Nov 2021

We have been growing them on our property in northeast Minnesota for four years now. The deer start feeding on the tops in early October and will still be out there digging for bulbs through December and into January if the snow permits. The key to these is to make sure that the seed is spread out enough so that the turnips have room to grow
